community-supported agriculture
Community-supported agriculture (CSA) is a system in which individuals and families directly support local farmers by purchasing a share of the season's harvest in advance, and in return receive regular deliveries of fresh produce, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between consumers and farmers.
