competition and coexistence
Competition and coexistence refer to two different ways in which organisms interact with each other within a given ecological system. Competition involves the struggle between individuals or species for limited resources, often resulting in one individual or species outcompeting the other. Coexistence, on the other hand, occurs when different individuals or species are able to live together in the same environment and share resources without significantly negatively impacting each other.
