dehydration and heat stroke
Dehydration is a condition where the body loses more fluids than it takes in, leading to an insufficient amount of water in the body. This can happen due to excessive sweating, low fluid intake, or certain medical conditions, and can cause symptoms such as thirst, dry mouth, fatigue, dizziness, and decreased urine output. Heat stroke, on the other hand, is a severe form of heat-related illness, often resulting from prolonged exposure to high temperatures or strenuous physical activity in hot environments. It occurs when the body's temperature regulation mechanism fails, leading to a dangerously high body temperature. Symptoms of heat stroke include extremely high body temperature, hot and dry skin, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, confusion, and in severe cases, loss of consciousness or seizures. Heat stroke is a medical emergency and requires immediate treatment.
