diesel-electric hybrids
Diesel-electric hybrids refer to vehicles that combine a diesel engine with an electric motor or generator. These hybrids utilize the diesel engine to power a generator, which in turn charges the vehicle's battery pack. The electric motor then assists the diesel engine during acceleration or while driving at low speeds, improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.
