discrimination and prejudice
Discrimination refers to the unfair and unjust treatment or actions towards individuals or groups based on certain characteristics, such as race, gender, religion, or ethnicity. Prejudice, on the other hand, involves preconceived opinions, attitudes, or beliefs held against someone solely because of their perceived membership in a particular group. Both discrimination and prejudice involve negative biases that can lead to harmful behaviors or exclusionary practices.
