Fenrir is a monstrous wolf in Norse mythology, known as the son of the god Loki. It is said that Fenrir is destined to play a significant role in the events of Ragnarok, the apocalyptic battle in which many of the gods will die. Fenrir is known for being bound by the gods with a magical chain called Gleipnir, which will only break during Ragnarok, allowing Fenrir to wreak havoc on the world.
