Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase is an enzyme involved in the metabolic pathway of glycolysis. It catalyzes the conversion of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate to 1,3-bisphosphoglycerate, producing energy in the form of ATP.
