joint ventures and mergers
Joint ventures and mergers are business arrangements where two or more separate entities come together to collaborate and combine resources, either temporarily or permanently. In a joint venture, the entities remain distinct but work together to achieve a common goal, while in a merger, the entities combine to form a new, single entity.
