karl marx

Karl Marx (1818-1883) was a German philosopher, economist, and political theorist who developed the idea of Marxism. He believed that society is divided into two classes, the working class (proletariat) and the owning class (bourgeoisie). Marx argued that capitalism exploited the working class and that a revolution by the proletariat would lead to a socialist society, where wealth and resources would be shared equally among all members. His ideas continue to have a significant influence on politics, economics, and social theory.
