karma and reincarnation
Karma refers to the belief that our actions have consequences, and it is a concept found in many religions and philosophies. It suggests that our actions, both good and bad, will directly influence our future experiences and outcomes. In essence, it is the idea that we reap what we sow. Reincarnation, on the other hand, pertains to the belief that after death, the soul or consciousness of an individual is reborn into a new body. This cycle of birth, death, and rebirth is believed to continue until one achieves spiritual enlightenment or liberation from this cycle. Reincarnation is commonly associated with Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism, but it has also been acknowledged in various other cultures and traditions.
