A Koch snowflake is a geometric fractal shape that is created by iteratively adding smaller equilateral triangles to the sides of an original larger equilateral triangle, each with one side removed and replaced by two sides of the same length as the removed side. This process is repeated infinitely, resulting in a self-similar pattern with infinitely many triangles.
