ldap injection examples
LDAP injection refers to a type of security vulnerability where an attacker manipulates user input to include unauthorized commands within Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) requests. This allows them to gain unauthorized access to data or perform unauthorized actions within LDAP directories. An example of LDAP injection would be when an attacker adds malicious commands to a search query, tricking the LDAP server to retrieve sensitive information or modify data in unintended ways.
