Migrant rights refer to the fundamental legal, social, and human rights that protect individuals who have migrated or are in the process of migrating from one country or region to another. These rights include but are not limited to equal treatment, non-discrimination, access to healthcare and education, fair employment, freedom from exploitation or abuse, and the right to seek asylum or refuge.
