peer-to-peer networks
Peer-to-peer networks, often referred to as P2P networks, are decentralized computer networks where computers - referred to as peers - connect and communicate directly with each other without the need for a centralized server. In P2P networks, each computer functions both as a client and a server, allowing users to share resources, files, and information directly with other participants in the network.
