phev battery technology
PHEV battery technology refers to the advanced battery systems utilized in Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs). These batteries have the capability to store electrical energy which is used to power the vehicle's electric motor, allowing for a certain distance of all-electric driving range. They can be recharged by plugging into an external power source, enabling PHEVs to operate in hybrid mode and switch between electric and internal combustion engine power as needed.
