refractive errors
Refractive errors are a type of vision problem where the shape of the eye prevents light from focusing properly on the retina, resulting in blurry or distorted vision. It can occur when the eye is either too long or too short, or when the cornea (the clear front surface of the eye) is not curved correctly. This can lead to difficulties in seeing objects up close (myopia), far away (hyperopia), or in focusing on nearby objects (presbyopia).
