saturation transfer
Saturation transfer is a technique commonly used in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments to transfer magnetization between different nuclear spins. It involves selectively saturating one type of nuclear spin with radiofrequency pulses, causing it to lose its magnetization and transfer it to another type of nuclear spin, thus allowing the study of otherwise difficult-to-detect spins.
