simple power analysis (spa)
Simple power analysis (SPA) refers to a method used to analyze and exploit vulnerabilities in cryptographic systems by monitoring and analyzing the power consumption or electromagnetic radiation emitted by the device during its operation. By studying the power variations, an attacker can gain insights into the secret keys or sensitive data being processed, allowing them to potentially decrypt or manipulate the cryptographic algorithms.
