sjögren's syndrome
Sjögren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disorder that primarily affects the glands responsible for producing moisture, such as the salivary and tear glands. It causes dryness in the eyes and mouth, as well as other symptoms like fatigue, joint and muscle pain, and inflammation in various organs.
