Strong AI refers to artificial intelligence systems that possess consciousness, self-awareness, and human-like cognitive capabilities. They can think, reason, and understand as humans do. On the other hand, weak AI refers to artificial intelligence systems that are designed to perform specific tasks and simulate human intelligence within a limited scope. They do not possess true consciousness or understanding beyond their defined functions.
