transcriptional activators
Transcriptional activators are proteins that enhance the process of gene transcription, enabling the production of messenger RNA (mRNA) from DNA. They attach to specific regions of DNA near a gene and recruit other molecules necessary for initiating and regulating transcription, thereby facilitating the expression of that gene.
