adrenal adenoma
Adrenal adenoma is a small, benign tumor that develops in the adrenal gland, a part of the body's endocrine system. These tumors are noncancerous and usually do not cause any symptoms, but they can sometimes lead to excessive production of hormones, such as aldosterone or cortisol, affecting hormone levels and potentially causing hormonal disorders.
