elasticity of supply
Elasticity of supply refers to the responsiveness or flexibility of the quantity supplied of a good or service to changes in its price. It measures how much the quantity supplied changes in proportion to a change in price. In other words, it indicates the degree to which producers adjust their output in response to price fluctuations.
