price elasticity of demand and revenue
Price elasticity of demand measures how sensitive the quantity demanded of a good or service is to changes in its price. It quantifies the percentage change in quantity demanded when the price changes by 1%. Revenue elasticity, on the other hand, measures the responsiveness of total revenue to changes in price by measuring the percentage change in revenue when the price changes by 1%.
