fractal video coding
Fractal video coding is a compression technique that uses self-similar patterns within video frames to efficiently encode and store video data. This method takes advantage of the repeating patterns found in video frames, breaking them down into smaller fragments called fractals, and then recreating the video using the encoded fractal data.
