healing and forgiveness
Healing refers to the process of physical, emotional, or psychological recovery and restoration after experiencing pain, trauma, or illness. It involves finding ways to alleviate suffering, promote well-being, and regain balance and wholeness. Forgiveness, on the other hand, is a conscious decision to release feelings of resentment, anger, or vengeance towards oneself or others who have caused harm, disappointment, or betrayal. It involves letting go of negative emotions, granting mercy, and choosing to move forward without holding grudges, fostering inner peace and growth.
