adaptability and resilience
Adaptability refers to the ability of an individual or system to adjust and thrive in response to changes or new circumstances. It involves being flexible, open-minded, and willing to learn in order to successfully navigate novel situations. Resilience, on the other hand, refers to the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties or setbacks. It encompasses the ability to stay strong, persistent, and mentally/emotionally stable when facing challenges, and to bounce back and continue striving towards goals despite obstacles or failures.
