diabetic hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma
Diabetic hyperglycemic hyperosmolar coma is a life-threatening complication of diabetes characterized by extremely high blood glucose levels, dehydration, and a build-up of metabolic byproducts. It is a result of insufficient insulin production or its inadequate utilization, leading to a state of severe hyperglycemia and dehydration.
