Jewish assimilation refers to the process by which Jewish individuals or communities adopt the customs, practices, and cultural norms of the larger non-Jewish society in which they are living, often leading to a decrease in adherence to Jewish traditions and identity. On the other hand, Jewish integration refers to the inclusion and active participation of Jewish individuals and communities within the larger non-Jewish society while maintaining their Jewish identity and traditions.
