empowerment and job autonomy
Empowerment refers to the process of granting individuals the authority, confidence, and resources to take control of their own actions, decision-making, and personal development in order to achieve their goals. Job autonomy, on the other hand, is the extent to which employees have the freedom and independence to make decisions and take responsibility for their work, without constant supervision or micromanagement.
